1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your check-in date.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of 18% GST.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation 14+ days before check-in: full refund of advance payment
- Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment
- Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: no refund
- No-shows: no refund
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The villa is rented as a whole-unit only — no individual room bookings.
5. House Rules
- No smoking inside the villa
- No pets unless pre-approved
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Children must be supervised near the pool at all times
- No parties or events without prior written consent
6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking. Deductions may be made for damages to the property.
7. Liability
Nargis Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay. Guests use the pool, jacuzzi, gym, and rooftop bar at their own risk.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
